For years, the Company has been operating in "A1 Business Park”, an INDUSTRIAL/ LOGISTIC/ COMMERCIAL PARK of about 400,000 square meters, where it has designed and built all the BUILDINGS and INFRASTRUCTURE currently available.
PARK still expanding, is one of the most important LOGISTIC/ COMMERCIAL fitted AREAS in ROMANIA and in BUCHAREST.
It is equipped with all FACILITIES and INFRASTRUCTURE (roads, electricity, water, gas, sprinklers, pipes, sewers, sewage treatment plant) that allow full operational and independence to the present Companies. Furthermore, it has all the authorizations and permits required by the ROMENIAN LAW in force.

 

Located in the west in the town of DRAGOMIRESTI, it is 13 km from downtown BUCHAREST towards PITESTI. The area is adjacent to the highway Bucharest - Pitesti and is served by junctions that connect directly to the motorway.
The WAREHOUSES and INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS for SALE or RENT are available in units or portions of them with various surfaces and heights, to be better adapted to market demands.
It is also possible to construct WAREHOUSE/INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS on specific request directly following all phases of the PROJECT.
