The PROJECTS are located mainly in BUCHAREST and its surroundings, particularly related to the INDUSTRIAL and COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTIONS, such as INDUSTRIAL BUILDINGS, HANDICRAFT BUILDINGS, WHAREHOUSES, LOGISTICS and OFFICES.

Recently the Company has started operating in the RESIDENTIAL sector too, proposing itself for the MARKETING and SALE of owned APARTMENTS.
